Gondwana Rococo

A moment in space in the Lake Dobson area. The species of plants growing in these upland Tasmanian environments are survivors of the super-continent of Gondwana – Myrtle, King William Pine and Pandani. I’ve depicted just another unremarkable moment in a place of heightened beauty, a very specific, dark and ornate cloister.
