Hardings Falls

Hardings Falls are in the Douglas Apsley National Park on the east coast of Tasmania where I live and work. The landscape provides a trigger for the act of painting. The response is intuitive and upon entering this place there is a subconscious absorption and recognition of time and environment. The work strives to convey this inherent sense of the basic and the expressive nature of such a place.
