Leven Canyon Featuring Riparian Zone

This painting uses a 270-degree panoramic view and a variant of traditional 2-point perspective (the Mercator Projection) to render the scene of low summer river flow. Riparian zone refers to riverine habitats which from an ecological interface between the aquatic environment and the surrounding sclerophyll forest.
