Over thirty years ago a soy sauce advertising campaign transformed sushi into a global cuisine. Ironically, the inexpensive, replenishable sauce that triggered this growth has resulted in the depletion of the expensive (and increasingly rare) Tasmanian southern bluefin tuna.
Lives and works in Melbourne. Exhibiting since late 1980s. Finalist in many art prizes including Stanthorpe 2008, Mosman 2008, and Whyalla 2009 & 2011.
