Cenotaph – Landscape of Memory

The cenotaph occupies a rather prominent area of water frontage property in Hobart and stands as a war memorial to lost soldiers of the past. Altering one’s environment and tree planting for memories are not new occupations, but nonetheless I find the idea of war and history shaping the landscape a fascinating one.
