From the artist

As darkness descends over the Tasmanian landscape, the political correctness mob are burning literature that doesn't conform to their way of thinking, in an effort to make the general populous more enlightened and compliant to their beliefs. Thus, intending to enforce conformity and deny freedom of expression by controlling and manipulating language. This evokes George Orwell's dystopian novel "1984" in which it was the authors haunting vision of a future controlled by totalitarianism. It therefore became my artistic purpose to express and highlight the controlled madness of political correctness.
