Painting in Glover Country in mid December. The Arcadian sensibilities that Claude inspired in Glover and his interpretation of the 'new' landscape allowed me, from a standpoint of expressionism, to marry the philosophic views of the 19th century with that of the new.
Born Hobart 1947 where he lives and works. A multiple finalist in the Wynne and Archibald prizes. Winner of the Archibald in 2003. Represented in many major collections both in Australia and internationally.
