Lake Chisholm Echo, 2012

oil & wax on linen

79 x 79cm

From the artist

It is a remote and uninhabited place showing nature's cycles of renewal and decay without human imprint. The lake's reflection provides an alternative view of the world trapped in the glassy lake. It is quiet with the sounds of the bush softly echoing.
