The sheer blitz of information contained within the plains and angles of the rock and the debris beneath is what is of interest to me. The subject is derived from the Alum cliffs, a region of coastline near Hobart.
Born Barking, UK 1972. Exhibited since early 2000s primarily in Melbourne and Sydney. Finalist in many major art prizes including Paul Guest Drawing Prize and Bay of Fires 2014; Hutchins 2013; Fleurieu 2008, Waterhouse 2011 & 2007, Blake 2005 and Glover 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009 & 2008.
