All waters have symbolic significance and universal importance because, amongst other things, they represent boundaries, the passage of time and purification. The valley encloses and shelters the river, making the places within seem almost sacred.

Artist background

Born Launceston where she lives and works. Exhibiting since 1980s including solo show at Burnie Regional Art Galery 2005; & Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery 2004.
