Over the nine years that I have lived and painted here, the gentle beauty of this unspectacular landscape has become central to my work. The texture of the land has stolen its way into my aesthetic to become the dominant quality in my paintings.
Lives in Bagdad Tasmania. Exhibiting regularly in Hobart and Sydney since 2002. Finalist in the Glover 2009 and 2007.
