Tasman Head

This is painted from Bruny Island where I live. My familiarity with this place encourages me to observe the subtleties as well as the dramatic aspects of nature. Through the study of detail I discover landscapes within landscapes, infinite minuteness against infinite vastness, and abstractions within realism.
