The Beautiful Struggle: Homage to Robbie

A representative slice of the diverse rainforest along the shore of Lake St Clair, beneath Mount Olympus. The horizontal format is intended to be elegiac, a tribute to my very tall friend Robbie with whom I kayaked up the lake last autumn. His ‘beautiful struggle’, ended with the winter, most likely and ironically because of his exposure to Agent Orange during the Vietnam War.
