Enigmatic Atmospheres (Western Arthurs)

It’s remote, enigmatic inhospitable, rarely trodden. We claim familiarity with wilderness but we don’t truly know it. There are no pathways, no ways to go. The landscape offers no shelter. I wish to take people where they can’t easily go physically. A recognition of the relative place of a modern day walker in this land formed in history in another time. When we see such a timeless, stark environment, we accept our relative unimportance. Accept with awe.
