This painting registers an atmospheric shift over the landscape. Although it is a common place, easily missed by the passer-by, the landscape is engulfed and dominated with the elements, evoking a sense of loneliness and isolation. This form of landscape presents a medium for self-reflection, engaging our memories and experiences.
