My paintings are very much about being in the present. Repetition happens as it does in life, from applying paint to a canvas to breathing. My paintings are traces, or imprints of movements of my life's actions. They come about as a result of my being in the environment, as a part of it.
Born Isle of Man, British Isles 1980. Lives and works in Launceston, Tasmania. Exhibiting since 2007 including In Teers, Ten Days on the Island 2011 and Deloraine Craft Fair feature exhibition 2008. Finalist in Burnie Print Prize, Burnie Regional Art Gallery 2013; Bay of Fires Art Award 2014; & Glover 2010, 2014 & 2015.
