From the artist

Urban landscape is subject to change in a very different way than natural landscape. In the natural world things will change according to the seasons but unless there is a catastrophe such as a bushfire things will look much the same from year to year; century to century even. In the urban environment change occurs quickly and lack of habitation leads very rapidly to decay –When entropy takes over, history is revealed.
