Untitled (there’s a flower thief in my backyard again)

Untitled (there’s a flower thief in my backyard again) 2020 consists of a landscape of fern fronds cast from mild steel and gradually patinated with rust. The fronds themselves are forever caught in that transformative moment, just about to unfurl into fern leaves in their own right – rather than just the suggestion of them.
